Meet the founder
Hi, I’m Amy, founder of AM Print Lab located in Chicago, IL. I started this business to take the guesswork out of printing. After working in customer success, I saw how frustrating it can be when orders don’t turn out as expected.
Every order is handled with care, using tested materials and consistent processes so you get exactly what you’re expecting. Whether it’s a small custom job or a large bulk order, my goal is simple: make printing easy, reliable, and stress-free.
What our clients say
Amy was super communicative and helpful throughout the whole process!! We didn’t know exactly what sticker size we wanted and she went ahead laid out all of our options and pricing for us right away. The order was ready the next morning! The most personalized and seamless service!

I have worked in the non-profit sector for 20+ years with countless vendors. My understanding of great customer service is based on over a decade working for the Walt Disney World Co. This has set my expectation pretty high. After talking to the owner (Amy K.), I knew she understood our needs and could handle the short turnaround time. The quality of printed programs and poster boards was better than we expected and the price was well within our budget. She was pleasant to work with and easy to get in contact with.

Finding a dependable print shop can be tough, but AM Print Lab made it easy. Our holiday cards, menu cards, and promotional flyers turned out beautifully. The quality, speed, and service were top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for professional printing services and consistent results.

I worked with Amy at AM Print Lab recently on a business card order. I appreciate her customer service, the pride in her work, and thoughtfulness in her communication. She made it simple and to the point. Amy was able to meet me that week with two boxes of cards. I know a quick turnaround can be tough to accommodate at times but Amy made it simple and was able to work well with the design I gave her too. I love how they turned out!

AM Print Lab is amazing - they printed T shirts for my business and I am so happy with how they turned out. They also hand delivered the shirts to me which was a very thoughtful and convenient touch. I’d recommend them to anyone for their printing needs.
