Welcome to AM Print Lab ("AM Print Lab," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of amprintlab.com (the "Site") and the print project management services we provide to customers in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs (the "Services").

By using our Site or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

AM Print Lab manages print projects on your behalf, from quote to delivery. We serve as your single point of contact throughout the process, coordinating production with our network of local printing partners. We do not operate our own print shop or equipment; all physical printing is completed by third-party production partners under our management.

• Quotes provided by AM Print Lab are estimates based on the specifications you provide and are valid for a limited time, as noted at the time of quoting.

• Final pricing may vary if project specifications, quantities, materials, or timelines change after the initial quote.

• All orders are subject to acceptance by AM Print Lab. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including if we're unable to source production capacity for it.

• Payment terms (deposits, full payment, invoicing) will be communicated at the time of your order.

When you submit artwork, designs, logos, text, or other materials ("Content") for your project, you represent that:

• You own the Content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and reproduce it

• Your Content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property, trademark, or other rights

• Your Content does not violate any applicable law

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the Content you provide, including proofreading and approving final files before they go to production. AM Print Lab is not liable for errors in customer-supplied files that were approved prior to printing.

Where proofs are provided, it is your responsibility to carefully review them for accuracy (text, color, layout, sizing, and quantities) before giving final approval. Once a proof is approved, AM Print Lab and its printing partners are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

• Turnaround times and delivery dates provided by AM Print Lab are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing for a specific order.

• Delays caused by third-party printing partners, shipping carriers, material availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including weather, supply chain disruptions, or acts of God) are outside our liability.

• Risk of loss or damage to physical products transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier or pickup location, unless otherwise agreed.

• Because most print projects are custom-produced for your specific order, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

• If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible; cancellation eligibility depends on the production stage.

• Refunds or reprints for defective or damaged products will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within [Insert number] days of delivery to report an issue.

• Custom, personalized, or rush orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of AM Print Lab or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission, except as necessary to place an order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AM Print Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or delays. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

You agree to indemnify and hold AM Print Lab, its printing partners, and its representatives harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

AM Print Lab manages your project by coordinating with a network of vetted local printing partners. While we oversee quality and communication, certain aspects of production (equipment, materials, and manufacturing processes) are performed by these third parties. AM Print Lab remains your point of contact for any issue with your order.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
